Marisol is from Mexico city , a true "chilanga" and a single mother of two young kids . Has work the artesany since 1992, she epecialize in extravagant and original jewelry, designs, specially earrings where no two pieces are the same. Her true profession is the theatre . In 1993, at the end of her studies, she started traveling around the country taking a community project of her own, named "Proyecto Tortuga" where, as she describe it, is a "Theatre and art literacy for everything and for everyone". This project won the first national prize where she prove that from the riches to the poorest to disable people need and enjoy art.

The artesany has helped her to finance her studies, her traveling and also keeping alive this project that she is so proud of it.
